Welcome to Steady Sigma - HVAC Lead Assist service (“Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Steady Sigma (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Beta Service

HVAC Lead Assist is currently in Beta. The Service is offered on a “best efforts” basis and may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

As a Beta user you agree that the Service may have limited features and occasional inconsistencies.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for:

lawful purposes
in accordance with these Terms
in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying logic of the Service.

4. Account and Email Access

To operate the Service, you grant Steady Sigma permission to access and send emails on your behalf through the email account you connect (e.g., Gmail or Google Workspace) via secure OAuth tokens.

You remain responsible for:

maintaining the security of your email account
complying with all terms imposed by your email provider

You may revoke access at any time through your email account settings.

5. Trial and Billing

During Beta, the Service may be provided free of charge or subject to promotional pricing. Trial and future paid plans are separate and may be introduced later.

Payment terms (if any) will be provided at the time of purchase.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content (including email content) that you provide or that is generated on your behalf.

You grant Steady Sigma a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and transmit your content only as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy available here:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steady Sigma and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

loss of data
lost revenue
indirect or consequential damages
even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for any issue is discontinuation of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steady Sigma and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any reason with notice where required.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Steady Sigma is registered.
